Karen Crutcher is our Contract to Closing Administrator. Her expertise is matched by her first priority of meeting all of the Crutcher and Hartley Team’s clients’ “meat and potatoes” needs. Once your home is under contract, Karen handles your buyers’ and sellers’ documents, coordinating paperwork with scheduling inspections, attending to necessary processes with Title Companies, Home Warranty contracts, etc., and oftentimes simply holding the hand of a person new to the process! Her experience and expertise are immeasurable!
Your Lender and Title Company liaison, coordinator of buyer feedback, agent showings, and selling or purchasing progress through various means, including monthly marketing reports, this team member provides the backbone of the Crutcher and Hartley Team.
Outside of her career, Karen adores and loves to spoil her four grandchildren, Kamden, Presley, Ellie, and Maryn. Being their “Lovey” means the world to her and brings such joy to her life.
